A diversified experience
Being able to participate in different projects are unique opportunities to take advantage of, go through the industry of health, agriculture, scientific activities, tourism, among others, each of them in some way can be linked or generate collaboration between different sectors.
My main objective in participating in these projects has been the collaboration with teams, behind all projects there are always people who plan, formulate and execute them, you have to have a lot of dedication if you want to get ahead, have been nights of work and effort that in the end have their reward, however, completing some of them becomes more difficult than they really are, one sometimes thinks plan A is enough, B or C, but the reality is that we need to think of more alternatives in case one fails to execute the other quickly.
When it comes to technologies there are many alternatives in the marking with which to adapt, in matters of linking other actors as suppliers or strategic alliances you have to take care very well to whom to choose and to whom to link, is an issue that can become a severe headache, if a provider does not comply with the part that needs the project or if an alliance falls after investing time and money in it.
What stands out most about collaborative work in projects are the instances where you share a “coffe break”, expose the results in events, discover new places, go to “coworking” and share with people who have your same interests, all these are experiences that end up completing the experience of entrepreneurship and innovation.
However, being in constant iteration is a good point to which we give many laps in the learning curve, try new models, raise capital, listen to the customer and user, are very diverse factors that must be managed from the beginning, if we do not have the culture established from the beginning it will be difficult to keep the order of all this and to be able to deal with it, the more tests are achieved we reduce the risk of failure, giving us such a diversified experience that allows us to cover all the edges of the business and continue learning.
